Kylon Partner Program

Your first
company harness.

Your clients are about to run their companies with agent teams. Someone has to sit with them and build the first one. That is the business we are offering you.

What an AI OS is

Build your own AI OS, or take one that is ready to use.

An AI OS connects a company's context, data and integrations, then lets you build agents, automations and apps on top. The premise does not change. How you deliver it does.

The old way

Assembled on Claude Code

  • Context, data, productivity and intelligence, wired layer by layer
  • API keys, Google Cloud, custom skills, a full day for one build
  • Design system, hosting, maintenance and upgrades all sit with you
  • Then you train the founder, and it slows down once you leave

The new way

Installed and ready

  • It researches the company, and integrations connect in a few clicks
  • Default agents ship with skills and paid tools already covered
  • Apps and databases are built inside, on the same data and context
  • A CLI to deliver rooms, agents, permissions and skills in one push

Delivery changes shape: not a day of wiring, but one session, and a client who can run it after you leave.

How it works

The OS gives every agent its own computer.

That is why an agent can finish a job instead of advising on it. It opens the products your client already pays for and operates them.

What that means inside a client account

Its own machine

Each agent runs on its own computer with a real browser and works inside the tools it is given.

Logs into their tools

Scoped connections to mail, CRM, CMS, dashboards and over 3,000 other services.

Creates the real thing

Pages, records, replies, filings. Finished work, not drafts and instructions.

Memory and identity

Agents are members with roles and persistent context, so the second month is better than the first.

The company harness

Start with the company harness.

Kylon brings an agent team into the company you already run.

Shared context, skills, memory, tools and accounts let people and agents own real work together, without rebuilding the company around another AI tool.

Use case 01 · Growth

One person runs a whole growth team.

Ask once. The agents find and score companies, build the pipeline App, and prepare a recurring Workflow that stays held until a person approves it.

Use case 02 · Content

One person runs a whole content team.

Research, company-voice writing, assets and scheduling happen in one room. The finished campaign lands in an App, while publishing remains a visible human decision.

Use case 03 · Back office

One person runs a whole back-office team.

Receipts, invoices and spreadsheets become structured records. The App separates clean matches from exceptions, and filing waits for the named finance approver.

What a session looks like

A workshop run by our partner in Japan.

Two hours, a real room, and everyone leaves with something built.

Not a fit

Individuals. Kylon is bought by a team, not a personal assistant.

Pure outsourcing. Nobody inside to own the work.

A trial with no owner. Nothing to measure afterwards.

One painful process, one owner, and a reason to see a result this month.

Industry sessions

The second session is built for one industry.

Same two hours, same paid seat. The difference is that everyone in the room recognises the process on screen, so nobody spends the first hour translating it to their own business.

IT services

First process

  • Quotations in the company format
  • Handler assigned, chased if untouched

Real estate

First process

  • Enquiries answered the same evening
  • Viewing follow up written from the visit

Recruiting

First process

  • Intake notes and screening summaries
  • Client updates per candidate, on time

Accounting

First process

  • Document intake read and classified
  • Month end chasing that runs itself

E-commerce

First process

  • Customer messages triaged and drafted
  • Suppliers chased without anyone remembering

We prepare the industry use case with you before the session, and join on site or online for the first ones.

  • We work the first three to five engagements with you
  • Workshop material, and support on site or online
  • Starter credits for every company that attends
  • Weekly sharing of new skills and use cases
  • Sales and technical support, case studies, joint marketing

You

The market and the delivery

  • Filling and hosting the sessions
  • Scoping the work and writing the proposal
  • Building the workspace and delivering it
  • Training the client and keeping them running
  • Registering your customer list and keeping it current

The price, the invoice and the client relationship stay with you. The product, the certification and the platform terms stay with us.

This is a selective programme

We certify partners, and we keep checking.

To be admitted

Three things we verify first

  1. You already sell to and deliver for businesses in your market
  2. You have people who can build, not only present
  3. You can put fifteen companies you know into one room

Reviewed every quarter

Four numbers, published to you

  1. At least three sessions run per quarter
  2. At least three attending companies into paid delivery per session
  3. Delivery completed on the dates you committed
  4. Clients still active three months after launch

And the tier moves with them

Certified

Entry. Certified to run implementations, priority access to documentation.

Select

Where most partners sit. Several implementations delivered, co-marketing and technical training.

Premier

Priority lead referral, co-hosted events, dedicated technical support.

Tiers move in both directions against those four numbers. Two consecutive quarters below the line means a tier down and removal from the partner page until it recovers.

Your revenue

are entirely yours.

Sessions

Delivery

Recurring

Platform

  • 10% of a registered client’s payments to Kylon for the first six months
  • Settled monthly, with a per client breakdown
